Say No to Peer Pressure With Positive Affirmations



Do you often give clues and calls from your colleagues? And this leads to some things that make or participate in some activities that you normally would on your own bike or not proud of doing? If your answer is yes, then you are a certified slave to peer pressure. And that, no matter what makes you popular among your circle of friends, must end.

Peer pressure can affect in many ways. Initially they are under pressure not only for small things that make a lasting effect. But the more we become enslaved by it, the more power you have over other people, and potentially the most damaging effects of this can be.

So before you find yourself doing something that will certainly be sorry, you must do something to come under the spell of your colleagues. And the good news is, positive affirmations can help change this for you easily.

1. Evaluate your circle of friends. Looking after the people who often spend time with a normal response in ourselves. It 's in our nature to be easily influenced by those around us. Each person sends vibrations that form the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and humor, and these vibrations somehow consumed by our subconscious. This is why we are very sensitive to the pressures of peers, and sometimes even without knowing it.

So, if you spend much time with people who have negative beliefs and habits, you also need to be a slave to these beliefs and habits unconsciously. The first thing you need to do is to evaluate whether to spend time with people who have a salutary effect on your subconscious. If not, then it would be better for you to consider that your friends should be changed. If you spend time with positive people who are positive habits, then so are the habits of your subconscious mind gets used.

2. Practice your independence. Some people feel safe and comfortable enough to go with the flow. This is usually what happens when the person who is afraid of not belonging to a group, or certainly not enough to be his own person. So if you want more a slave to peer pressure to have, you must:

• Get rid of negative thoughts about themselves as self-doubt
• Believe in your ability to make wise decisions for you
• Give your confidence a boost

For these changes, you can count on positive affirmations. These are messages that your subconscious mind what you believe in. You want your subconscious can convince these messages says:

I can make my own decisions.
I am independent.
I am sure of myself.
I make wise decisions for me.
I choose my actions.

Once your subconscious believes in these messages, set to work to achieve them, because they do not tolerate any discrepancy between his faith and what is real. So make yourself confident and independent in their decisions and may be exempt from peer pressure.
